Our Machine

Our Thermoforming Machine is the "workhorse" of vacuum forming machines-a semi-automatic, high speed machine ideal for prototyping and production. It features a top heater, an adjustable clamping frame and hydraulic power systems. It forms all thermoplastics-- ABS Cycolac®, Acrylite®, UVEX®, polycarbonate, Lexan®, Tufftak®, polyethylene, HDPE --in thicknesses up to and .250". Set-up is fast, simple and inexpensive.
